Shipping
Orders are typically packed and shipped within one day of placement, including weekends.
All items are shipped out using the United States Postal Service.
Domestic first class shipping can take up to ten standard days, depending on shipping network issues.
Flat Rate Priority packages ship on average in four days, sometimes sooner.
International orders are shipped using USPS international air mail. Shipping times vary, based on the final destination.

Returns
I personally guarantee that what I sell is of the absolute best quality I can produce, using the best materials and methods in my testing. Every individual core will arrived hand polished and properly set in place. Because these items are all hand ground, hand fit, and hand assembled, there will be variances and cosmetic differences between pieces. This will not affect their performance.
If your item arrives defective, you have the option of sending the item in question back to me for a replacement or a refund (at the cost of the item being replaced). Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds will not be performed for individual reasons (example, "I just don't want it anymore; this doesn't fit my lifestyle", et cetera)
